At Venus Aesthetics and Wellness of Tulsa, we value your time and strive to provide every client with exceptional care and service. To ensure fairness to all our clients and staff, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your scheduled appointment will not incur any fees.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a $50 late cancellation fee.
• No-shows (failure to attend your scheduled appointment without notice) will also incur a $50 fee.
